I read 40 books in 2023 – how do they stack up?

Another cycle around the sun brings yet another year to an end. Time is made up and is ultimately a human construct, the universe doesn’t care about years, but I read 40 books during this particular cycle. This is roughly 3 1/3 books a month, or a book finished about once every 9 days or
